Welcome to MENSBLUE.com.

The MENSBLUE.com website (the "Site") is comprised of various web pages operated by MEN'S BLUE ("MENSBLUE").  MENSBLUE.com is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the "Terms"). Your use of MENSBLUE.com constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these terms carefully, and keep a copy of them for your reference. 

MENSBLUE.com is an E-Commerce Site. Please see our Products, Pricing and our One-Time Payment billing structure below: 

MENSBLUE sells fitness-based supplements to consumers online, offline and through various retail locations throughout the US. Our Male Dietary Supplement is offered in 4 packages for your value and convenience. Once an order is placed by credit card or debit card you will see a onetime charge (listed below) which will appear with the billing descriptor of MENSBLUE on your credit card or bank statement.

Shipping is a flat Non-Refundable rate of $9.95. Please allow 1-2 days for processing of your order and expect delivery 3-5 business days upon processing.  If an email has been provided you will receive email confirmation of your order and a tracking number for your shipment.  You may also call our customer service department, and we will gladly assist you with any tracking or help that you may need.

ONE TIME BILLING STRUCTURE: CURRENTLY MENSBLUE DOES NOT OFFER CONTINUITY OR AUTO-SHIP OPTIONS ON ORDERS.  ANY ORDER PLACED WITH MENSBLUE FOLLOWS A ONE TIME ORDER AND ONE TIME PAYMENT STRUCTURE. YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED OR ENROLLED IN ANY CONTINUITY BILLING STRUCTURE! We value our customers and when you're ready to reorder you may always contact our customer service department by phone or feel free to reorder directly on our site.  

Privacy

Your use of MENSBLUE.com is subject to MENSBLUE Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, (Privacy policy – Men's Blue (mensblue.com) which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection 

practices.

Shipping

All shipments will be processed within 2-3 business days.  Currently we offer only 1 type of shipment that generally arrives 3-5 business days after processing.  Goods are shipped in mailer bags with a seal on the lid of each container.  If for any reason your items are damaged upon receipt.  Please snap a picture and email us at support@mensblue.com to get a replacement sent out immediately.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled before they ship out, but if items have already departed our facility, you will be subject to our refund policy.  To cancel an order, please reach out to support@mensblue.com or call our customer service team at 833-669-2583.   Note that orders are sometimes fulfilled as quickly as the next business day, so time is of the essence to cancel prior to shipment.

Refund Policy

MENSBLUE wants you to be happy with your purchase.  If for any reason you are unsatisfied, please reach out to support@mensblue.com and we will rectify the situation.  Full refunds minus shipping and handling will be issued within 60 days of purchase.  Unopened containers must be mailed back to MENSBLUE prior to refund processing.  Customer Service will issue instructions on where and how to return. Feel free to call Customer Service at 833-669-2583 and they may also assist you in your cancellation. Again, your satisfaction is what matters most.  

Electronic Communications

Visiting MENSBLUE.com or sending emails to MENSBLUE constitutes electronic communications.  You consent to receive electronic communications, and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically, via email and on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

By submitting an order, or by submitting your e-mail address, you authorize Men’s Blue or someone acting on its behalf to contact you by email, text message, pre-recorded message, ringless voicemail, or automated telephone technology on a recorded line, for marketing purposes. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. To opt-out at any time please contact us at support@mensblue.com , unsubscribe utilizing the link at the bottom of the email you received or reply STOP to opt out of text messages.

SMS Marketing Opt-In and AI Consent

By participating in any SMS marketing campaigns, including by responding to promotional advertisements via text message, or providing your phone number via Mensblue.com to receive discounts, and/or while placing your order, you are opting in to receive SMS messages from Men's Blue. These messages may include promotions, special offers, and other marketing-related content.

By opting in, you consent to the collection and use of your phone number and other relevant personal information for the purpose of sending SMS communications. Furthermore, you acknowledge and agree that Men's Blue may utilize automated technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), to manage, deliver, and personalize these SMS messages based on your interactions with our services.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" or "DELETE" to opt out. You will then no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you. Men’s Blue utilizes multiple opt-in SMS communication channels. To stop receiving messages, you must unsubscribe from each individual program or channel separately, if desired.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. Short Code 88908 Usage

By texting the short code 88908 in response to advertisements on radio, television, or other media channels, you are explicitly opting in to receive text messages from Men’s Blue. These text messages may include, but are not limited to, consumer chat, customer service and other marketing related messages.

By opting in via the short code 88908, you agree to the following:

  1. Opt-In Agreement: By texting the short code, you acknowledge that you have consented to receive SMS communications from Men’s Blue.
  2. Opt-Out Process: You may opt out of receiving messages from this program at any time by texting "STOP" or "DELETE" to 88908. Opting out from this short code will unsubscribe you from communications specifically related to 88908.

MENSBLUE does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of thirteen.

Security

None of your payment information is stored by MENSBLUE.  All payments are processed through Stripe and/or EMS, which are a secure 3rd party payment processor, and we comply with all PCI Standards.
