Products, Pricing, and Subscriptions

Men’s Blue currently offers the following product lines: Men’s and Women’s Supplements, Protein Powders, Wellness Supplements, Pre-Workout, and Recovery Products. Prices and product availability are subject to change at any time without notice.

Subscriptions (“Auto-Ship”) are offered on a monthly basis. Users may cancel subscriptions by logging into their online account. Subscription cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are issued for partial or mid-cycle cancellations.

Shipping

Fulfillment originates from our U.S. fulfillment center at 1615 Lakes Pkwy, Suite C, Lawrenceville, GA 30043.

Men’s Blue requires up to 2 business days for order processing and packaging.

Refund Policy

Men’s Blue does not offer refunds. Exchanges may be requested within 30 calendar days of purchase. Perishable goods are not eligible for exchange. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Sale and clearance items are ineligible for exchange. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEN'S BLUE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. WHERE NOT ALLOWED, LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. This applies even where liability would otherwise be limited under Section 13.

Section 15 – Severability

If any provision is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted, and the unenforceable portion severed without affecting the remainder.

We may terminate immediately without notice if you fail (or we suspect you have failed) to comply with any Term; you remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.
